State visits and delegations
For state visits, ministerial delegations and conferences we provide several vehicles at the same time: Audi A8 L for the head of delegation, Audi A8 and Audi A6 Avant as escort vehicles, VW Caravelle for accompanying staff and luggage.
Our drivers know the procedures at state visits in Vienna, at the Federal Chancellery and at Vienna Airport. Schedule changes and additional journeys on the day of travel are accepted by phone.

Vienna International Airport, Bratislava, Budapest and Prague. For pick-ups the driver waits for the passengers in the arrivals hall with a name sign; the landing time is tracked via the flight number.

Security and discretion
For passengers with increased protection needs we provide armoured vehicles with a security driver. All vehicles are black and non-smoking.
Names, addresses and schedules of the passengers stay in-house. Drivers receive only the details they need for the journey.

Sightseeing tours for delegations
City tours in Vienna and day trips to the Wachau, Salzburg, Prague, Budapest, Brno or Munich for delegations, accompanying persons and guests. On request with state-certified guides in German, English, French, Italian or Arabic.
Multi-day programmes in Austria and the neighbouring countries are planned together with the protocol office or the secretariat.

Framework agreements for embassies, public authorities and companies
For regular journeys we conclude framework agreements. From a monthly turnover of EUR 1,500 we bill monthly by collective invoice, itemised by cost centre, order number or personnel number.
