Terms and conditions

For orders of transfers, courier services, limousine service and taxi journeys we accept no liability or warranty for any consequential damage or other claims arising from the non-conclusion or non-performance of the ordered service(s), for whatever reason.

Journeys can be booked by telephone, via the internet or by fax. In the event of unforeseeable occurrences such as traffic congestion, accidents, weather-related delays and other cases of force majeure, we reserve the right to cancel or abort a confirmed journey at short notice. In such cases we will endeavour to organise a replacement vehicle within a reasonable or useful period. The fare is the price originally agreed or, for taxi journeys, the price according to the taximeter.

Persons and/or objects that endanger and/or impair the safety of the passengers, the driver and other road users are excluded from transport. We are not liable for objects left behind and/or lost in the vehicle, nor do we pay compensation for them.

Our offers are subject to change without notice. All published prices include statutory value added tax unless expressly stated otherwise. The published price lists are without guarantee and subject to printing and typing errors.

Unless otherwise agreed, the fee for the services performed is to be paid directly to the driver in our vehicles. The same provision applies accordingly to the use of value vouchers or gift vouchers. In the event of late payment by the customer/purchaser we are entitled to charge default interest of up to 1.5 % above the interest rate at which we refinance ourselves.

The place of jurisdiction is the court competent for the company's registered office; Austrian law applies.

Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be legally ineffective, this does not affect the other provisions of our terms and conditions. Ineffective provisions are to be replaced by provisions that come closest to the meaning of the ineffective provision.

The remaining terms and conditions are available on our company premises and, for the vehicle fleet, in all our limousines and taxis.

The operator of the website accepts no guarantee for the topicality, completeness or quality of the information and images presented.

Unless the website operator has demonstrably acted with intent or gross negligence, all liability claims against the operator relating to material or immaterial damage and errors allegedly caused by the use of incorrect or incomplete information on this website are excluded. All offers are subject to change and non-binding.

The operator expressly reserves the right to supplement or change the entire website and/or parts of it without notice, or to discontinue publication.

For references to external websites (links, direct or indirect), the content of those pages lies outside the area of responsibility of the website operator or the author, so that no liability of the website operator can arise, unless the operator had knowledge of the content and its infringement of rights.
